Guided Imagery and MeditationThis meditation session will guide gently you into a state of relaxation using breathing techniques to release tension and engaging imagery to lead attendees to a peaceful sense of inner calm and presence. Comfortable clothing is recommended. Suitable for all experience levels, including those who have struggled with meditation in the past. Guests are welcome to bring meditation pillows, blankets, and eye masks.
About the Facilitator:
Using a blend of creative imagery, mindfulness practices, and a belief that anyone is capable of meditation Anndersen has developed their own live meditation experience that aims to create an atmosphere of grounded empowerment through self knowledge. Each session is unique, with emphasis on subjects such as mindfulness, healing, self acceptance, and more. They have shared this experience with others at metaphysical events all over the state and offer private sessions virtually and in person.
The Cats:
The cats at KKC, like all cats, are expert meditators. They will be lending their expertise and showing by example the inner strength and infinite flexibility of the Cat. They invite you to join them.
