About this Event
Men’s Circle: Real Conversations
In a society where men are expected to always have it together, this space is for being honest, not perfect.
This is a free offering but there’s the option to stay for an amazing plant-based dinner ($15). There’s no pressure to join, but sitting down to eat together is a simple, powerful way to deepen the sense of connection. Andre isn’t running this circle for profit and he’s genuinely invested in creating real, meaningful spaces for men to connect.
The Men’s Circle is a gathering where men are able to connect in a safe, supportive space to share experiences, express emotions, and foster personal growth. Free from societal expectations of stoicism or self-sufficiency. Through open sharing and mutual support, participants are empowered to build resilience, self-reflection, and a stronger sense of identity and purpose.
Structure of the Circle

- Closing: The circle may conclude with a group reflection, a moment of gratitude, or a simple acknowledgment of the shared experience.
