📌 The main purpose of this training course is to provide you with practical tips and techniques 🎯, which can be used while working with a team 👥, facing difficulties at work 💼, or with your friends & family ❤️.
The training will explore situations where people take on different roles – leader, mentor or team member 👨💼👩🏫 – and look at the differences & similarities that make us unique yet equal 🌍.
We will focus on:
💡 Ourselves personally,
🤝 Ourselves in interaction with others,
👥 And the group as a whole.
Participants will be actively involved 🙌, interact and be constantly challenged in a safe learning environment 🛡️.
👥 Who can participate?
Anyone interested in actively working on themselves 🌱, improving cooperation and mentoring skills 🌟.
📚 Course content:
The programme will be very interactive 🎯 and requires your active participation.
We will laugh 😄, work 🛠️, learn from each other 📖, break free of what no longer serves us 🔓, reflect 🤔 but also relax 🧘.
🗓️ The programme will include:
- leadership & mentor role 👩💼
- differences between leader, mentor, coach, therapist & counselor 🧑🏫
- behavioral patterns & how to break them 🔄
- conflict management ⚖️
- team roles & team dynamics 👥
- strengths & weaknesses 💪
- motivation 🔥
- self-regulation & self-coaching 🧘
- new points of view, feedback & a lot of practice 💬
📅 Dates & schedule:
9–13 February 2026, Brno 🇨🇿
🕘 9:00 – 13:30 (4–5 hours a day, incl. coffee break ☕)
⚠️ The course will be organised only if at least 4 participants apply.
👥 Capacity limited to 15 participants!
