Mental Wellbeing Family Activity Walk

Join us for a Mental Wellbeing Family Activity Walk in Preston Park, Brighton!

This walk offers a variety of enjoyable and educational activities designed for families to participate in together. These experiences aim to promote wellbeing while deepening understanding of emotions and mental health.

Meeting Point - We will be meeting outside Rotunda cafe at 10:50am.

What you Need - No need to bring anything specific but please come prepared for any weather conditions, and remember to wear comfortable shoes!

Book Now - These sessions are designed for children aged between five and twelve years old but all ages and members of the family welcome! Parents and Guardians are required to accompany their children on this walk.

We ask for a small contribution towards our walks to help cover the cost of materials used in the activities.
