Join Soul Tribe Search Party and local wellness and food professionals for a Mental Health Hike centered around movement, nature, nourishment and community.
This is a free community event created as an opportunity to get outside, move your body, meet new people and intentionally make space for your mental wellness.
We’ll begin with a guided warm-up and stretch led by Wild Olive Birth Company, followed by a community hike guided by Good Vibes Movement.
After the hike, stay awhile! We’ll gather for a casual post-hike picnic and social where you can grab something to eat, enjoy a hydration refresher, bring out your lawn chair or blanket and connect with others in the community.

Plant-based food will be available for purchase from Guerilla Kitchen and Lily Land Farm.
Herbal Hydration Station
Soul Tribe Search Party will have hydration refreshers available for purchase.
Cost
The Mental Health Hike, warm-up and guided movement experience are completely free to attend.
Food and refreshers will be available for individual purchase during the post-hike picnic.
Our movement guides are generously donating their time to make this experience accessible to the community. If you would like to show your appreciation, optional donations will be accepted through Soul Tribe Search Party. One hundred percent of movement-guide donations collected will be split between Wild Olive Birth Company and Good Vibes Movement.
What to Bring
Wear comfortable walking shoes and bring water, sunscreen as needed, and a lawn chair or blanket for the post-hike picnic and hangout.
