Our next Mental Health First Aid International training is coming up and there are still a few spots left.
We know that conversations can save a life. This two-day training gives you skills to know what to say and when to say it when conversing with someone struggling with their mental health.
It's suitable for anyone over 18 who wants to learn how to support their friends, family, workplace and community.
In this two-day course, you'll learn how to:
