The number of people living with dementia, and those caring for them, continues to rise. It can be a lonely and confusing time, with many not knowing where to go or who to connect with.
We’re hosting a Dementia Awareness Session at Seeds Aberfoyle Park, led by the Onkaparinga Dementia Friendly Alliance of South Australia Inc. 💙
It’ll be a great opportunity to increase awareness around dementia and learn more about the support available for those living with it and their carers.
There’ll be a few short videos, space for discussion and questions and tea and coffee provided.
