Is it time for your team to do their MHFA Refresher?

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Refresher is an internationally recognised training course, designed to teach people how to spot the signs and symptoms of mental ill health and provide help on a first aid basis.

The courses can be attended by anyone from age 18 upwards.

Each course is delivered by a quality assured instructor.

Course cost: £150, including tea & coffee. Please bring your own lunch.
