Come join us for this guided meditation that will lead you on a voyage of exploration of your mind through which you can discover your own inner potential for lasting peace and happiness.

Please bring a cushion, camping chair or blanket with you so that you can sit comfortably.

Everyone is welcome to join us for this ​inspiring and moving event. No experience needed!
