If you are, please join the Morgan State University Prince George's County Alumni Chapter for their Mental Health and Workout Event, an empowering session dedicated to nurturing your mental and physical well-being! This unique event is designed to help you reinvigorate your mind, body, and spirit, leaving you feeling refreshed and inspired.

Our very own Morgan State Alumni & Licensed Counselor Jenae' Bryant will kick off the event with insightful discussions and practical tips for maintaining mental wellness in today's fast-paced world. Learn valuable strategies to enhance resilience, manage stress, and prioritize self-care.

Next, get ready to sweat it out with a dynamic 30-minute workout session led by 2 fellow Morgan Alumni, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Fulmore Jr. Whether you are a beginner or a fitness enthusiast, this workout will challenge you to push your limits and leave you feeling energized and empowered.

To conclude the morning on a tranquil note, unwind and find your inner balance with a soothing yoga cool-down session. Led by Turner Memorial's Minister of Health and Wellness and Certified Yoga Wellness Educator, Reverend Denise Burriss. This gentle practice will help you release tension, improve flexibility, and foster a sense of peace and serenity.
