Once a month I am hosting a "Pay What You Can" Event for the public to enjoy my full experience of Break Sh*t, Workout and Chill. This is my way of giving back to the community, through mental and physical wellness, because we need it!! Don't feel like working out? No problem! After we break sh*t head to the chill room!
This experience is an hour and a half long.
Spaces are limited so make sure you grab your family/friends/co-workers/teammates etc.
