Are you a mental health carer looking for connection and support? Our free monthly support group offers a safe and welcoming space to connect with others who understand the challenges of caring for a loved one.

This group provides an opportunity to:

• Share experiences and concerns in a confidential and caring environment.
• Receive support and understanding from others who relate to your journey.
• Enjoy a morning tea while building meaningful connections with fellow carers.
• Learn about additional resources and supports available to assist you.

This program is funded by the Mental Health Commission for adults who are impacted by mental health challenges within their family or environment.
