As part of Bethany Christian Church's Mental Wellness Ministry, we are hosting a Mental Health and the Church event to increase awareness about the intersection of mental wellbeing and communities of faith. The event will take place on August 30, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The event features keynote speaker Sarah Griffith Lund (www.sarahgriffithlund.com), author of "Blessed Minds: Breaking the Silence about Neurodiversity" and "Blessed Youth: Breaking the Silence about Mental Illness with Children and Teens". The agenda includes a panel discussion, and a resource fair will take place before and after the event. Attendees will receive catered meals (breakfast and lunch) and a copy of "Blessed Minds". Registration is free, but space is limited. Please register by August 23.
