So, the first walk will take place in Killarney on the entrance opposite the cathedral on April the 26th at 10.00. This is a space to meet like minded men with no pressure, no stress and just to have a bit of fun. This is the first of many walks that I plan on organising throughout the county. The duration of the walk is about an hour but this may vary. Anything shared or spoken about is all confidential. I'm a graduate psychotherapist so if anyone has any questions around the subject or around mental health, that it provides a safe space to ask. But the conversation doesn't have to be around mental health, it can be about everything and anything.Even if it can change or help one man at least that it's a step in the right direction.
