For more than a decade, The Man In Me has created spaces where men can show up honestly, build emotional strength, and reconnect with themselves and others. This workshop offers a grounded, judgment-free environment for men to explore mental health in practical, real-world ways.
Sessions may include topics such as:
- Managing stress and emotional pressure
- Building healthy coping strategies
- Mental wellness, resilience, and self-awareness
- Navigating life, relationships, and responsibility as men
Workshops are facilitated by experienced professionals and community practitioners who understand the realities men face today. This is not therapy and not a lecture it’s a safe space for reflection, conversation, and growth.
Whether you’re carrying a lot or simply want to be more intentional about your mental well-being, you’re welcome here.
Held in person on the first Saturday of every month.
Registration is required. Space is limited.
