Men's Mental Health Walk and Talk

Men often carry stress, pressure, and struggles silently. This walk encourages men to move shoulder to shoulder, talk openly, be vulnerable, and understand that they are not alone.

Through guided conversations and a shared challenge, this event encourages brotherhood, emotional awareness, mental wellness, and the growth of stronger, healthier men, fathers, and leaders.

Participants walk up to a 10-mile course, switching conversation partners at each mile marker.

Each mile introduces a different mental health subject, encouraging meaningful dialogue among men who may never have met before.

Walking together helps break down barriers and creates an environment where conversations happen organically.

• Who: Men only *ages 13+ with an adult

• When: Sunday, May 3, 8 am-11 am

• Where: Starts at Chaparral Church [6451 East Shea Blvd] Ends at Optymize [3728 E Indian School Rd]Chaparral Christian Church → Scottsdale Rd corridor → Indian School Rd → Optimyze Arcadia

• Need to Know: You can choose how many miles you want to complete. We will have a start, a midway, and a finish zone with our support team

• Bring Water/Fuel/Hydration pack

• Timing: Arrive no later than 7:45 am. Uber or shared ride back to your vehicle
