Women have been asking us for spaces like this...

Spaces where we don’t have to be calm.

Where we don’t have to put pretty words to what we are feeling

Where we don’t have to hold it together or be more palatable.

We're seeing it....a collective rage moving through women’s bodies right now....rage born from over-giving, silencing, grief, injustice, devotion, exhaustion, and pulsing life force with, quite literally, nowhere to go.

Shakti Unleashed was created in direct response to this call

What is Shakti Unleashed?

This is a ceremonial space for women to safely meet, move, and express what has been suppressed and ignored for too long- where we allow rage to become clarity, life force, and grounded power rather than something turned inward & carried alone.

Through body safety, somatic release, dance & primal embodiment we will work directly with the body’s intelligence. we're not here to fix or analyze, we're here to allow energy and emotion to move the way they were always meant to....sans shame and restriction....through liberating movement, sound, breath. In community.

Dance has long been a technology for women to process what words can't. In a clear and intentional container, movement is medicine, She helps us regulate our nervous system, discharge stored emotion, and reconnect us to our instinctual wisdom, sensuality, and strength.

We don't move for performance. We don't push past your edges.

We listen to our bodies and honor their call to move to her own rythm, in her own time.

Great care has been taken to create a safe, consent-based, trauma-aware container. This is an individual journey held within a shared field. There is no talking or touching during the soamtic release portion, and every woman is encouraged to remain in her own space and experience.

A designated grounding and decompression space will be available throughout the event for anyone who needs to pause, rest, or regulate. Moving between spaces is always welcome. Choice is central here.

To honor the energy & power of the Divine Feminine, please Wear Red—as an expression of rage, devotion, blood, life force, and power. Wear something you can move freely in.

You're also encouraged to bring a sister....a woman you trust who is ready to feel, move, and be witnessed in her truth. There is something ancient and powerful when we dance together.

Come as you are.

Come with what you’re carrying.

Come ready to move with whatever Is.

We will complete our journey with a fire ceremony- an ancient ritual of release, alchemy, and devotion.
