Men's Day Retreat

The ALL IN Men’s Day Event will provide you with a full day of inspiration and direction for your life while also connecting you with other like-minded men that are ready to step-up and become the men God designed them to be.

Marty Miller, the founder and president of Blueprint for Men, will be sharing wisdom gleaned from God’s word, God’s creation, and life experiences. Be prepared to be equipped and challenged to be “all in” and take action!

9:30 Session One: “The Blueprint for Men"

This presentation will focus on the scriptural foundation of authentic godly manhood.

11:00 Session Two: “Walking with God”

This sermon will be family friendly and focus on the power of prayer.

12:30 Fellowship Lunch

The fellowship lunch will be provided by the Adventist Fellowship Church members. Thank you!

2:00 Session Three: “The Core of Men’s Ministry”

This presentation will focus on the essentials of men’s discipleship, mentoring, and coaching.

4:00 Session Four: “Openning the Book of Nature”

Marty Miller will provide a naturalist guided walk at one of our local natural areas. Wear trail shoes and weather appropriate attire. You don't want to miss this!

Marty is a lover of God, a lover of nature, and a lover of people. These three loves have defined all that Marty has pursued in life. Marty has a bachelor’s degree in biology and master’s degree in outdoor education and through the years has served as principal, multi-grade teacher, middle school science teacher, high school science teacher, nature center director, and university outdoor leadership professor.

After nearly 30 years in education Marty transitioned into full-time ministry by creating Blueprint for Men. Through retreats, small group support, leadership training, and curriculum development, Marty is helping men to step up and become the men God designed them to be! Since its inception, the Blueprint for Men network has been instrumental in starting dozens of men’s discipleship groups throughout the country. Last, but not least, Marty and his treasured wife Gale, live in Collegedale, Tennessee. They are the proud parents of two adult children and four grand-children. Life is good!
