You’re invited to a ‘new’ monthly Menopause Yoga class.Each monthly 90-minute class will combine:
✨ Gentle vinyasa flow
✨ Symptom-specific breath-work
✨ Restorative yoga
✨ Relaxing guided rest t
Classes focus on the different peri-menopause and menopause symptoms, providing you with some tools to take home and use when you need them.

A little about Menopause Yoga
Menopause Yoga was created by Petra Coveney, who I trained in-person with. The practice offers natural, manageable ways to support yourself through all the changes that come with Peri-menopause and menopause.
Yoga can help ease hot flushes, night sweats, aches, stiffness, anxiety, and so much more. During these sessions, I’ll share simple practices and supportive techniques you can use at home, too.
Most importantly: Menopause Yoga is here to help you move through this transition with more ease, confidence, and compassion.
Remember - We’re not broken — we’re evolving.

Anyone navigating peri-menopause or menopause who wants:
