Free Yoga at Peterborough Cathedral

We have the following yoga sessions taking place:

9.15am Kundalini Yoga with Sara

Join Sara for a beginner friendly session that combines breathing exercises, yoga postures, meditation and chanting to ignite your natural vitality and bring harmony to mind, body and soul.

10.30am Hatha Yoga with Verity

Verity is a Hatha and Menopause yoga accredited teacher, passionate about making yoga accessible for every body. Hatha yoga is great for beginners and those with more experience, its primary aim is to bring the body, mind and breath together as one.

Beginners are welcome! Yoga mats and blocks will be provided but you are more than welcome to bring your own if you would prefer.

Before booking, please kindly note:

• Sessions are for over 18's only

• Sessions are unsuitable for those who are pregnant

• By taking part, you are agreeing to do so at your own risk and you should take full responsibility for your own safety and work to your own capabilities on the mat. If you are under the care of a medical professional for an injury or a condition that you know of, you should check with them before you participate.
• If you book a place and do not attend (without cancelling your ticket or notifying us), we reserve the right to cancel tickets for any future sessions that you have booked.
