Jo will guide you through slow, held postures chosen specifically to nourish the nervous system and support the vagus nerve. These practices invite your body to rest and release.
After some gentle movement, there’s space to talk, to ask questions and to hear from others are navigating the same transition. Lex will be on hand to offer guidance and advice bringing years of experience supporting women through menopause.
No previous yoga experience needed. Just bring yourself, exactly as you are.
