The summer solstice is a powerful and auspicious day to practice yoga sun salutations.
Join us on Pendower beach, for gentle yoga and sun salutations.
After the class, perhaps a dip or swim in the sea?
You are welcome to stay a while, bring some breakfast, I'll bring some refreshments and fruit platter.
Toilets are not too far away by the national trust carpark
Please arrive 10/15 mins before to ensure parking, meeting, and getting settled on the beach to start the beach yoga session.
A donation of £5/ person will be sent to The Penny Brohn centre. Helping people live well with cancer.
This charity are wonderful, and helped my mum and I share some magical times. If you or a loved one have a cancer diagnosis, they offer services from Bristol and online. www.pennybrohncentre.org
