Menopause Walk & Talk

Menopause Cafe's began in Walsall and Willenhall in 2025 to support Women in Business. To expand from the working week Beet Consultancy Ltd are inviting you to join us for the Menopause Walk & Talk, a friendly in-person event where we’ll stroll, chat, and share experiences about menopause. It's elaxed and friendly —perfect for connecting with others, getting some fresh air, and learning a bit along the way. Whether you're navigating peri-menopause or menopause yourself or just curious, come and join in the conversation and enjoy a gentle walk outdoors, move your body, and have some real talk to support each other. Don’t miss this chance to connect and support each other in a casual setting. It's not muddy. There is the option to grab yourself a tea or a coffee half way during the walk,in the visitors centre but feel free to bring your own refresherments.

Info: Meet at the Visitors Centre at 9.45am - 10.00. Walk around the Lake, grab a few, ask any questions and finish off with another gentle stroll around the Lake. Finish at 11.30am
