Our in-person Meno-Walk is the perfect chance to share stories, support each other, and enjoy some fresh air together, at Walsall Arboretum. Whether you're just curious or navigating this phase, supporting your Mom, Sister, Work Colleaugue, come along for a friendly walk and open conversations. Let's make menopause a topic we can comfortably talk about—outside and on the move! Half of the proceeds of this event will be donated to Walsall Bereavement Support Services who have supported with compassions and care during the suuden loss of my Brother, Glynn Tonks. This meno-walk will be a tribute to him, who supported me, his Sister when I stuggled myself with peri-menopause. I was lucky to have those Sunday chats - they helped. So, come along and join in the conversation, and celebrate the brother-sister care, and lets support each other. It can be a challenging time, lets face it! You are not alone.
