Start the new year by slowing down.
Join us at The Space for a nourishing 3-hour Yin & Sound workshop, co-hosted by Belinda and Manjit, designed to help you release the old year and gently step into the new one feeling grounded, clear, and restored.
This is an invitation to pause, breathe, and give yourself the kind of rest that truly replenishes.
What to Expect
✨ 90 minutes of Yin Yoga
We’ll begin with a long, slow Yin practice, holding postures for extended periods to gently open the body, release deep-seated tension, and calm the nervous system. Yin yoga works on the connective tissues and joints, making it deeply grounding and meditative, the perfect way to unwind after the busyness of the festive season.
☕ 30-minute Refreshment Break
Halfway through the workshop, you’ll enjoy light refreshments and time to gently re-emerge, connect, and integrate. This pause allows the body and mind to fully absorb the practice so far.
🎶 60 minutes of Sound Healing
We’ll close with a deeply immersive sound journey using healing instruments to guide you into profound relaxation. The vibrations of sound help quiet mental chatter, rebalance the nervous system, and support emotional release, leaving you feeling held, calm, and deeply rested.

This workshop is suitable for all levels so no previous experience with yin or sound healing is needed. Pls note sound healing is not suitable for pregnant women, if you fitted with a pace maker or suffer from epilepsy.
