Facilitated by menopause coach and specialist Suzette De Pasquale and the herbalists from One Love Botanicals, this event is catered to women experiencing perimenopause or menopause who would like to connect over experiences and learn methods to help manage symptoms in a relaxing, welcoming environment.

This event will include:

• Sound bowls
• A stenciled canvas and paint
• A notepad for guided journaling
• Light snacks and drinks
• Expert advice from a menopause coach
• Access to herbal wellness specialists for symptom management
• A community full of experiences and knowedge ready to be shared
