✨ **What’s happening during the week?**
You’ll have the chance to join us for:
• Stroller Strides
• Stroller Barre
• Strides 360
• Walk Club
• Playgroups + kid-friendly activities
• Special community events
• And lots of opportunities to meet other local moms!
Come to one event or spend the whole week with us. There’s no pressure and no commitment.
👶 **YES, bring your little one!**
Our stroller-based classes are designed specifically for moms with little ones in tow.
Babies cry. Toddlers need snacks. Diapers happen. Someone will probably lose a shoe.
We get it. 😂
You do NOT need a perfectly behaved child to join us.
You also don’t need to be “in shape,” know anyone beforehand, or have any idea what you’re doing.
Just come as you are.
