Menopause doesn’t have to feel confusing or overwhelming. In this practical, empowering workshop, certified Menopause Health Coach Kim Winsor breaks down what’s really happening in your body during perimenopause and menopause, and how to work with those changes instead of fighting them.
In this 60-minute session, you’ll learn how hormonal shifts affect muscle, energy, hunger, recovery, and overall well-being. Kim shares realistic, science-informed strategies for training smarter, eating in a supportive way, prioritizing recovery, and building a mindset that helps you feel steady and strong in midlife.
Expect clear guidance, small doable changes you can start using right away, and a welcoming space to ask questions. You’ll leave feeling informed, empowered, and confident in your ability to support your health through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.
