Join us for an inspiring event with our guest speaker Sarah for a Peri & Post Menopause Awareness evening. Grab a chair, a cuppa tea, a cake and prepare to:

This event is open to women of all ages, encourage your family, friends, colleagues to join!

We aim to increase awareness of the impacts of peri and post menopause on those experiencing it, their friends, colleagues and families, so that people can approach this empowering time in their life with confidence and make conscious, evidence-based choices, with holistic strategies to tackle the challenges that may come their way during this transition and, most importantly, beyond!!!

Sarah is a passionate advocate for women's well-being and empowerment. She specialises in helping women enhance their confidence through style, manage their health through menopause, and boost their business abilities. With a wealth of experience and qualifications in styling, nutrition, neuro-linguistics, and accounting, Sarah is dedicated to supporting women in their personal and professional lives.

As an empathetic person who profoundly understands others' needs, Sarah brings a unique and compassionate approach to her work. Her extensive background includes running a small construction business, personal styling, small business creation and leading workshops on menopause education and support. Sarah's insights have been featured in various publications and radio stations, where she shares her expertise and passion for women's well-being.
