This event is open to all genders and ages. encourage your partner, family, friends, colleagues to join!

We aim to increase awareness of the impacts of peri and post menopause on those experiencing it, their friends, colleagues and families, so that people can approach this empowering time in their life with confidence and make conscious, evidence-based choices, with holistic strategies to tackle the challenges that may come their way during this transition and, most importantly, beyond!!!
