Join us for Menopause & Mocktails, an open and honest conversation centered around women's wellness.

This gathering is designed to be a safe and supportive space where women can ask questions, share experiences, and learn from one another while enjoying mocktails and light bites.

Guiding the conversation will be a Registered Nurse with 24 years of experience and a Holistic Health Coach, who will share insight and help answer questions throughout the discussion.

This is not a lecture, its an open forum where real conversations happen.
