Menopause 101

Join us for an exciting and uplifting class as we dive into unpacking and demystifying all things Menopause and Perimenopause. This will be a 3 hour learning experience led by one of our Nurse Practitioners who is passionate about helping women understand and navigate their healthcare in their 30’s, 40’s, 50’s and beyond. Attendees will enjoy a comfortable and relaxed setting where there will be an informative and detailed presentation with an intermission break midway through for light snacks and refreshments. Following the presentation, there will be ample time for discussion where all questions are welcomed. We can’t wait to see you there!
