IFS Healing Group (Eagle)
About this Event
OVERVIEW
Therapeutic Sessions for Deep Lasting Change
IFS Healing Groups are mini intensive two-hour sessions designed for just two people. This small group size creates a secure space where everyone can focus on listening, learning and integrating healing and growth.
These groups use the best aspects of group therapy, IFS, Nonviolent Communication, and "Healing Circles” (Chris Burris). The goal is to move beyond talking about problems to working with the internal process that supports them.
What to Expect
The two hours go by quickly, and we take a break in the middle. Here is how the session flows:
- Finding Your Focus: The therapist helps you do exercises to connect with your inner Self. You will choose one specific "intention" or goal for your healing work that day.
- The Healing Process: Each person’s is guided with their intention through the IFS healing process. While one person works, the therapist guides the others on how to offer effortless, meaningful, but helpful support.
- Shared Learning: Even when it isn’t your turn, you are learning. Watching others do their work helps you understand your own internal system better.
- Deep Connection: By the end, participants often feel relief, clarity, freedom, as well as a strong sense of support and belonging.
Is This Right for You?
- Experience Level: These groups work best for people who already have some experience with therapy, IFS or IFS therapy.
- Vulnerability: You are always in control of what you share, but the flow and size of the group facilitate tolerable vulnerability. Jennifer is proficient in helping you stay in your window of tolerance.
- Flexible Schedule: You can attend a single session or come back multiple times to continue your growth. Even if the other participants change, the process still works beautifully. Because we are focused on personal process instead of a story, we tap into the common humanity, so knowing the participants each time is not necessary.
- Familiarity: We use a Dual Relationship Policy, which means 2 weeks before the group, you will receive an email with the first and last names of the other participants. If you recognize a name, you will be able to complete the Dual Relationship Questionnaire. You can elect to cancel participation 10 days before the event. Your answers will be reviewed by Jennfer for potential concerns and adjustments made as needed to ensure you have a successful experience.
Cost: All Flourish Groups use the Shared Community Pricing Initiative. This cost program designed by Jennifer, allows participants to evaluate their current resources (time, energy, and money), then choose their cost tier so that there is no competition between resources and health.
The median cost tier is the amount that matches Jennifer’s investment in the service. The supportive cost tier is the median plus any amount to support others participating at the practical cost tier, which is 50-99% of the median cost tier.
Median Cost: $195 Per Session
Supportive Cost: $195+ Gift Per Session
Practical Cost: 50-99% of Median Cost
What Others Are Saying
