Meet Ashley Brickner 🎨
Ashley Brickner is a talented Greenville pencil artist, instructor, and owner of GVL Art Gallery & Shop in the heart of downtown Greenville. Known for her incredibly detailed, realistic pencil work, Ashley specializes in portraits of people, pets, and homes, turning meaningful photos into artwork meant to be treasured.
Her gallery, GVL Art Gallery & Shop, has been part of downtown Greenville since 2018 and showcases the work of around 30 local artists, making it a great destination to discover and support Upstate creativity.
Ashley is not only passionate about creating art—she's passionate about building a community around local artists and giving their work a place to be seen, enjoyed, and purchased.
Meet Liz Dwyer 🎨
Liz Dwyer is a watercolor and acrylic artist, instructor, and commissioned portrait artist serving the Upstate. Her work includes custom pet portraits, people, wedding portraits, and meaningful pieces created from favorite photographs.
Liz also brings art directly to the celebration through live wedding painting and guest portrait experiences, creating one-of-a-kind keepsakes while guests watch the artwork come to life.
Her love of teaching is just as important as creating. Liz hosts watercolor and acrylic classes, Paint & Sips, private parties, and creative workshops designed for everyone from complete beginners to experienced artists.
For Liz, art is about more than the finished painting—it's about capturing memories, connecting people, and making creativity fun and approachable.
