Whether you're in Perimenopause, in the midst of Menopause or Post menopause, this is for you.
A supportive, empowering 2hrs, small group workshop. We will move through some gently flowing/ strengthening asana and breath practices designed to alleviate symptoms and ease tension and stress from the body and move into more restful restorative yoga to restore a sense of calm and wellbeing to bring harmony to body and mind, ending with a deeply restful yoga nidra. (Setting you up for a good night's sleep)
