About this Event
This is a day to pause, reconnect, and honour the many layers of midlife. Designed especially for women navigating menopause, our Health & Wellbeing Day offers a blend of gentle movement, practical tools, and open-hearted conversation - all in a supportive, inclusive space.
Throughout the day, we’ll:
- Begin with a calming yoga session to awaken the body and soothe the mind
- Explore nutrition through menopause, with practical tips to support wellbeing
- Share lunch together - a relaxed space to connect and recharge
- Learn self-defence techniques to build confidence and personal safety
- Join a group discussion on neurodiversity and menopause, sharing insights and experiences
Whether you're joining for the full day or dipping into a session or two, you’ll find space to move, reflect, learn, and connect. Come as you are, and leave feeling seen, supported, and recharged.

Begin your day with an energising self-defence session that builds confidence, awareness, and personal safety. You’ll learn practical techniques in a welcoming space, with adaptations for all bodies and energy levels. This session is designed to be both accessible and empowering, helping you feel more secure in everyday situations.
Yoga for Grounding & Renewal
After activating your strength, we’ll transition into a calming yoga practice to stretch, restore, and reconnect. This gentle session is open to all abilities and energy levels, inviting you to move at your own pace. It’s a grounding way to begin your morning, offering space to breathe, settle, and feel supported

Neurodiversity & the Menopause: Listening, Learning, and Sharing
In our final session, we’ll open a gentle, respectful space to explore the crossroads of neurodiversity and menopause. Through shared experiences and thoughtful discussion, we’ll reflect on how these journeys shape identity, wellbeing, and connection. Whether you’re neurodivergent, curious, or simply seeking deeper understanding, this is a space to listen, learn, and honour diverse perspectives.
