Give your wardrobe a second life starting this Earth Month 🌎Join Environmental Defenders of McHenry County and Ashley Lange for a hands-on clothes-mending workshop in our community room. Bring those items you’ve been meaning to fix and learn simple, practical techniques to repair them yourself.
Guided by Ashley and a team of volunteers, you’ll learn basic stitches and get one-on-one support as you work on your own pieces. This is a learning experience—not a repair service—so you’ll leave with skills you can use again and again.
Celebrate Earth Month by reducing waste, reusing what you have, and discovering the value of mending.
