Through guided meditation, contemplative practice, Dharma talks, and shared silence, you will learn how to meet difficulties with wisdom, compassion, and inner strength. Rather than escaping struggle, we learn to transform it into a path of awakening.

To conclude the day, we will enjoy a beautiful sound healing session with Lori Lea, allowing deep relaxation and integration of the day’s practice.
