June is Men’s Mental Health Month! A new program, Men, Mountains, and Mental Health, nurtured by Highroots and led by Wa’Kiem Brock, fosters environments where men don’t have to carry everything alone. Here, you’re supported in not having all the answers. This is a place to let it all go, knowing you won’t be left there. Through trust, shared experience, and brotherhood, we help each other put the pieces back together with strength, clarity, and authenticity.
This program is designed to be accessible to various levels. Please keep in mind to wear appropriate shoes, bring a water bottle, and wear sunscreen.
