Memories of the Soul: A Group Past Life Regression Meditation is a guided group experience designed to introduce participants to what past life regression is like in a calm, welcoming environment.

This session will begin with a grounding meditation, gently guiding the group into a deeply relaxed state. Soft meditation music and aromatherapy oils will be used to help create a soothing atmosphere. From this relaxed space, participants will be guided through a visualization that allows impressions, imagery, emotions, or symbolic memories to naturally arise.

Past life regression is often explored out of curiosity or as a way to reflect on recurring patterns, themes, or emotions that may feel familiar. This group session is intended as an experiential introduction to the practice rather than a form of therapy. Every experience is unique—some may notice vivid imagery, while others may simply enjoy deep relaxation.
