Memorial Day Meditation & BBQ

Join us this Memorial Day at the Georgia Meditation Center for a peaceful meditation session to honor those who have served, followed by a relaxing BBQ with friends and family. Experience mindfulness, community, and delicious food in a warm and welcoming atmosphere!

This event is open to everyone, whether you're experienced in meditation or trying it for the first time. Let’s come together to find inner peace, connect with our community, and enjoy a fun, relaxing morning/afternoon.

Schedule:

10:00 am - 11:00am (Guided group meditation & )

11:00am - 11:15am (Offer food to the monks & receive blessing)

11:15am - 1:00pm (lunch and socialize at our outdoor pavilion)
