Stretch Reset Presence Meditation
The compulsive thinker, which means almost everyone, lives in a state of separateness, in an insanely complex world of continuous pain, problems and conflicts, a world that reflects the fragmentations of the mind.
Presence is a state of wholeness, of being “at one”, and therefore at Peace and Balance.
To become Present you need to reclaim consciousness from the mind. A very effective way of doing this is simply (or complicated, sometimes) to take the focus of your attention away from thinking and direct it into the body.
In an hour-long group session, we’ll guide you through an experience to quiet the mind, explore the connection between body, mind, and spirit, and help release body pain/tightness through stretching and fascia release. No prior experience with meditation or stretching is necessary - just bring an open mind and a willingness to reset your body and mind. We can't wait to see you there!
