Yoga at the Lake Claire Community Land Trust

Join us for a liberating yoga experience at the land trust as we immerse ourselves in nature.

Every Saturday we meet the mat with an opportunity to connect deeper with our body and spirit. We explore themes of spirituality, celestial events, and all aspects of wellness to create a fully encompassing experience.

Your guide, Vada, is a 200hr registered yoga teacher since March 2024 and has been exploring the world of movement, meditation, and wellness for years. She is passionate about using the body as a tool for liberation and guiding others to see the magic within themselves. Her classes are usually a holistic embodiment of a slow pased vinyasa practice while integrating other creative forms of movement to create an optimal inner landscape.
