Calling all members: Join us for a free specialty class for all Basic and Classic members. This Peak Pose class will be a 60 minute practice designed around Crow Pose, with specific sequencing and arm balance poses to prepare you for the peak pose: Crow. The drills and flows will isolate + identify the parts of the body needed for the pose and you will have time to practice full expression of the pose as well.
