Meltaway Truffle Workshop
Our chocolatier, Emily, will demo the process of making molded truffles from start to finish. From making the ganache, making chocolate shells in truffle molds, filling, backing and decorating the truffles!
Each person will leave with 21 truffles. Due to the in-depth nature of the class, there are only 8 spots available. This class is suggested for high school age and up.
