Breathe Journey with Mycelium Wellness
You’ll begin with a gentle introduction to breathwork, what to expect during the session, and how conscious breathing can support stress relief, emotional well-being, mental clarity, and nervous system regulation.
From there, you’ll be guided through an immersive active breathing journey lasting just over an hour. Through intentional breathing, music, and guided awareness, you’ll have the opportunity to quiet the mind, reconnect with your body, release tension, and access a deeper sense of presence and inner calm.
No prior experience is necessary. Whether you’re looking to reduce stress, gain clarity, process emotions, or simply carve out space for yourself, this experience is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
We’ll conclude with time for integration, reflection, and questions, allowing space to process your experience and carry the benefits into daily life.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, an eye mask and anything else that will help you feel comfortable during the journey.
