Come to a Level 1 MELT Ball Workshop on January 22nd @ 6:30 PM and experience changes in how your body feels. Learn simple self-treatments you can do at home to remain active and pain-free for life.Erase pain and tension in your hands, feet, neck, and low back brought on by everyday stress, overuse, office work, and age. These pain-free release can provide relief from neck and low back pain, arthritis, headaches, bunions, plantar fasciitis, and carpal tunnel syndrome.
This all-levels class will teach you how to use the balls in your MELT kit (included with workshop) and include handouts for doing the treatments at home.
