Our presenter will be Norm Epps, Director of Healthcare Facilities Compliance at JLL. He has over 20 years of experience in healthcare facilities management, including a previous role as a Divisional Director for HCA where he was responsible for compliance across 30 hospitals.

Norm will provide a clear roadmap for the upcoming chapter consolidation, including:

• A "crosswalk" from the old EC/LS standards to the new consolidated PE chapter.
• How surveyors are being guided to review facilities under the new structure.
• Common challenges and misconceptions we're seeing in the field.
