We're hosting a FREE kickboxing class on the second Saturday of each month. It's the perfect opportunity for women in the Saco community to experience our empowering workouts, regardless of age or fitness level. 🔥💪🏻🥊
In addition to class, you'll get a chance to check out our facility and meet our supportive KUMA community. You'll see first-hand how we're redefining fitness for women, focusing on building strength and confidence over aesthetics.
