It's an intimate in-person experience designed to help you deepen your connection with the spiritual guides, energies, and unseen support that may be accompanying you on your journey. Who has been walking beside you, guiding you, protecting you, or helping you navigate your journey?

In Chapter Two of Meet Your Spirit Guides, we’ll continue our exploration of spiritual guidance by creating space to connect with your intuition and become more receptive to the subtle ways your guides may communicate with you.

This 90-minute in-person experience is designed to be both introspective and creative, giving you an opportunity not only to explore your connection with your guides, but also to bring what you receive into physical form.

We’ll close the experience with a Mind Paint exercise, where you’ll intuitively create a 5 × 7" acrylic painting on canvas inspired by information, symbols, colors, or impressions received from your guides.

Throughout the experience, we’ll explore:

• Connecting with your spiritual team
• Becoming more aware of intuitive messages and guidance
• Recognizing symbols, sensations, thoughts, and impressions
• Creating space for your guides to communicate
• Personal reflection and integration

To close the experience, you’ll be guided through a Mind Paint exercise.

You’ll create your own 5 × 7" acrylic painting on canvas, allowing information from your guides to come through intuitively.

You don't need to be an artist or know what you're going to paint beforehand. This isn't about creating a “perfect” painting...it’s about allowing your intuition to lead and giving visual form to whatever emerges.

Your painting may reveal colors, symbols, shapes, images, or other impressions that hold personal meaning for you.

You'll leave with a unique piece of artwork created during your experience and a tangible reminder of your connection with your spiritual team.

Please bring a notebook and pen if you have one, so you can record any messages, insights, symbols, or experiences that come through during the session.

All painting materials will be provided.

No artistic experience or previous experience connecting with spirit guides is required.

Come with an open mind, curiosity, and a willingness to explore what may be revealed.
